Siku - VW Beetle

In 1945, the first VW Beetle rolled off the production line in Wolfsburg and conquered hearts, because the adorable little car not only looked good, it was affordable and at the same time very robust and powerful. The Beetle, as it was christened by a New York Times journalist, quickly became an absolute cult object. In 1998, the original "Beetle" was replaced by the "New Beetle" reinterpretation. And after almost 70 years and more than 22 million cars built, the last one left the VW Plant in Puebla (Mexico). Now it is immortalised in the Siku vehicle fleet: we present the small cult car with the iconic rounded forms for the first time as a detailed blister-size replica. The body of the car is made of sturdy metal and the tyres are made of high-quality rubber.
