Delivery Overview
Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £25.
Delivery Fee: A £2.99 fee applies to orders under £25.
Same-Day Delivery: Place your order by 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, to qualify.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.
Time Slots: We deliver in two dedicated windows: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Currently, we only deliver to addresses within Gibraltar. We do not offer delivery to the UK or any other international locations at this time.

Collection In Store Overview
Orders can be collected in store after 10 minutes of the order being placed. Please note, once a payment has been made online, the payment must have gone through successfully in order to pick up your order.
Orders for collection in store can be placed at any time and can be collected during our shop opening hours:
Mon-Fri: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sat: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Your order will be ready for collection 30 minutes after it is placed, as long as payment has been successfully processed.

Yes, same-day collection is available. Please allow at least 30 minutes after placing your order before coming to collect it.

Yes, payment must be completed and confirmed before your order can be collected.
