Welcome to Toy Corner! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Toy Corner. Toy Corner operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Toy Corner is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services. Toy Corner operates from Gibraltar, and the Services are primarily intended for customers within Gibraltar and surrounding regions. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase (shown in your confirmation email) is the price you will pay. As Toy Corner is based in Gibraltar, prices do not include VAT. Customers outside Gibraltar are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, or taxes. Promotions may be subject to separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms apply. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping, and payment information. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and will pay all charges including shipping and taxes, if applicable.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed to the carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to you. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

All content on the Services (text, images, designs, etc.) is owned by Toy Corner or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Shopify’s marks belong to Shopify Inc. Other marks are owned by their respective companies.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Toy Corner is powered by Shopify. However, your purchases are made directly with Toy Corner. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or services you receive from Toy Corner. You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because we use Shopify, data may be processed and stored by Shopify and its partners, potentially outside your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to this processing and transfer.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting Feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute it. You represent that you have the rights to provide such Feedback and have disclosed any compensation or incentives received. We may monitor or remove Feedback at our discretion. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. You and Toy Corner agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gibraltar.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
SECTION 24 - MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Toy Corner mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Toy Corner (“Toy Corner”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Toy Corner’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Toy Corner through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Toy Corner. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to [insert your sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Toy Corner mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
